What are our office hours?
Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.

What types of contracts do you do?
AREA CASA’S contracts are always under the Law of Urban Leases (LAU).

Payments methods?
AREA CASA reservations can be made by Bank transfer, in cash or credit card from the same offices of AREA CASA.

As a homeowner, is there any default insurance?
Yes, it covers 6 or 12 months of non-payment. It also covers the cost of eviction and vandalism.

What happens to the deposit once the contract is completed?
Once the contract is completed the deposit is returned to the tenant always if the flat is left in the same condition in which it was on the day of contract, any improvements to the property is the owner's benefit .

What happens if I leave before the contract ends?
f you leave before the year is completed, you would lose the deposit. Once the year has past, you must notify within 1 to 2 months in advance ( by contract ) to alert the property of your leaving.

Tuvimos hasta el momento una excelente experiencia con ellos. Hasta el momento no habíamos podido encontrar apartamento y recibimos una llamada de Lauren que había entrado un nuevo apartamento, me mandó las fotos y esa misma tarde lo fuimos a ver. El apartamento nos gustó y esa misma noche cerramos contrato. Todo muy rápido y eficiente hasta el momento.
